Sunday Meal Prep Without the Sadness.

Meal prep does not have to be grim chicken and rice in identical boxes. I roast two sheet pans of vegetables, cook a pot of grains, wash lettuce, and make one sauce that works on everything—tahini-lemon or pesto depending on mood.

I put on a podcast about something I am studying or a travel memoir set in Sicily so the kitchen feels like choice, not chore. Biscuit supervises from the rug. The accountant in me labels lids with dates.

Weekday lunches become grain bowls with market greens. Dinners become half-prepped so I can still host on Wednesday if someone needs a table. Flexibility is wellness too.

Prep for freedom, not punishment. Your Tuesday self will send a thank-you note.
