Leadership is sometimes logistical. I learned that closing deals and running parent conferences.<\/p>\n<p>Label allergens on a card by the buffet. Offer a plate for someone who needs to go first. Thank people by name when you toast. Gratitude is the best sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Potluck is community at its messiest and best.
